Andrew Stultz

Mr. Stultz is President/Owner of Atlas Building Company of Florida. Prior to forming Atlas at the end of 2015, the LEED Accredited Professional was with another area construction firm, where he rose quickly through the ranks from project manager, to project executive and then vice president of business development.

Stultz earned a bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering from Rose-Hulman Institute of Technology in Terre Haute, Indiana and worked for GE Aircraft Engines in Cincinnati, before entering the real estate development industry in 2001. Five years later, he sold the business and moved to Venice where he transitioned into commercial construction.

Leveraging the corporate Six Sigma training he received at GE, he employs the tools and techniques in his day to day business to bring efficiency and quality to all of Atlas client’s projects.  Click for Resume | Connect on Linkedin | Click for Vcard

Charlie Woehle

Vice President of Construction
Mr. Woehle is Vice-President of Construction for Atlas Building Company of Florida, LLC, a Sarasota-based commercial construction company serving public and private sector clients in southwest Florida.

Charlie has over 40 years of commercial construction experience with a proven ability to take projects from inception to completion, whether new, ground up construction or commercial renovations, both vacant and occupied. His project experience is in both the public and private sector including large site development, municipal, medical, warehouses, retail, shipping facilities, assisted living facilities and numerous other types of construction ranging in size from $250,000 to $24.5 million.

He has completed numerous Design/Build projects and worked with many architects, engineers, designers and mechanical engineers. All of these projects were completed in time frames, in budget and with the finished product the Client desired.

Having owned his own area General Contracting business for 17 years, Charlie brings not only the technical knowledge and capabilities, but understands the need for strong communication with the client and project team at all levels. Click for Resume | Connect on Linkedin | Click for Vcard

Jim Pastor

Senior Project Manager
Mr. Pastor’s commercial construction career began as an apprentice straight out of high school and has steadily progressed to positions with more complex responsibilities of Project Superintendent, Project Manager, Estimator, Preconstruction Services Manager, Project Executive, and Business Owner. While in these roles, Jim has acquired skills in onsite project and subcontractor coordination, contract negotiations, safety and quality control management, pay application preparation, RFI’s, submittals, budget development, value engineering, and design coordination.
